Las Sendas Wedding | Brian and Meilani

This Las Sendas wedding was filled with family, friends, and lots of love. Brian and Meilani chose a beautiful venue to begin their life as husband and wife.

Las Sendas Wedding Is So Much More

When I was contacted by the Las Sendas wedding venue to photograph Brian and Meilani’s wedding, a huge smile formed on my face. With its beautiful location offering scenic views of the Phoenix valley, I knew this would be a special wedding. Brian and Mei’s date couldn’t get here fast enough.

Shortly after being contacted by the venue, I set up a meeting with Brian and Mei. We discussed their wedding as well as locations for their engagement session. They chose Merry Go Round Rock for their Sedona engagement. Not only did that give us incredible scenery to work with for their photos, we were able to spend a few hours getting to know each other. They are such a down to earth couple you feel like you have known them for years.

Upon arriving at Las Sendas, I began getting a few last minute getting ready shots of Mei while my second photographer worked with Brian. It wasn’t long until the first look was scheduled. We got our groom into place and brought our lovely bride up for the first look. I have to say these two truly treasured their few minutes together. So much emotion. It’s the exact reason I always suggest to my clients why a first look is such an awesome thing to do. Those sacred minutes of just the two of you is priceless.

We moved on to family pics. Working through our list of family combinations made sure we had everyone accounted for in the group shots. This was quickly followed up with bridal party photos with the bride and groom. Afterwards, we stowed our bride and groom away to prepare for the ceremony. Their ceremony was staged on a large tee box on the golf course at Las Sendas. The elevated tee box offers gorgeous views of the surrounding area. Our happy couple exchanged their vows in front of family and friends. Now it was time to get those formals of Arizona’s newest newly weds. Say that three times fast!

Las Sendas offers so many beautiful locations to photograph a couple. We made our way around from lush golf course fairways to scenic desert landscapes. Finishing up at sunset we had our couple back in time for their grand entrance. The night came with all the wedding reception fun. Toasts were given, our couple enjoyed their wedding cake and danced the night away. A great way to finish off their day. Below are a few of my favorite images from their Las Sendas wedding.

I want to finish by saying “thank you” to Brian and Mei for entrusting me to capture their day. Always an honor to a part of someone’s wedding. Of course no wedding is a one man show. These amazing vendors made sure Brian and Mei had an incredible experience.
