Bridal Party Names* Please write the first names and roll of your bridal party with one name on each line. Please include ushers, flower girls, ring bearers, and any other special bridal party members. For example: “Karen – Maid of Honor”
Your Family Please list the names of each of your parents and siblings with a label behind each person. For example:”Jane & John Jones – Bride’s Mother and Step-Father” This helps us to be familiar with their names on the wedding day.
Please list out your family group photos you want taken:* Please put a * in front of each group, and list out each person in the group by name. Most people have about 8-10 groups, generally comprised of a larger family photo on each side (your parents, siblings, and grandparents) and then a few individual groupings of those closest to you. Please allow 2 minutes in your schedule for each group listed and inform the people on this list before the wedding about where and when they will be expected to be for these photos.
Wedding Day Schedule & Timeline* Please list out a timeline of events for the wedding day including when you plan to have us start our coverage. Some of this may be redundant with the questions asked below, but we appreciate you filling out both, thanks!
Anything specific you want to make sure I don't miss or that have extra significance to you? This is usually just a handful of shots of things that have extra significance, such as cuff links from the groom’s grandfather, a family member that is terminally ill that you want to make sure to get extra photos of, etc. You do NOT need to list typical shots such as “the ring” that we’ll be getting anyways. 🙂
Please describe any special events or surprises during your wedding day that you will want us to capture. For example, special choreographed dances or special gifts to someone at the wedding.
