Wedding Style
I believe the essence of a wedding are those candid moments that happen throughout the day. Rather it be a moment with your bridesmaids or the groom getting choked up reading his vows, those are what make your wedding special. I’ll get a few of those posed photos to make Mom happy but I want you to look back and relive your wedding exactly as it happened.
It’s all in the Details
Every piece of your wedding is special. You knew the moment when you found “the dress”. Earrings and shoes were close behind. Family keepsakes may be worn during the day to honor your grandparents. All of these items are dear to you and make your wedding unique. I make sure to photograph those details so you never forget that day, all of it. From wedding dresses to wedding rings and everything in between you will have it.
Bride and Groom
Many of today’s couples are choosing to do a “first look”. This is where the couple see each other before the ceremony. Typically the groom is off to a secluded spot and the bride approaches from behind. He turns to see her and the emotions come out! I am off in the distance photographing from afar as to not interrupt this sacred moment. When my clients ask about a first look, I always tell them I would do it if it were me. The reason is it’s the only time during the day when the bride and groom will have a few minutes alone. The day is filled with family and friends as it should be, but the bride and groom rarely have any time to themselves. Rather or not to do a first look is totally up to the couple and what they value.
Regardless of a first look I always get bride and groom portraits. Just the couple together before or after the ceremony. We head out to a fun spot where the light is fantastic and create some awesome images of the two of you. This is such a special time as the couple is amped up. This is truly one of the many highlights of photographing a wedding. Feeding off the energy of a couple in love and photographing their first minutes as husband and wife is truly special.
It’s Party Time
Ahh the reception, time to let loose and enjoy the night. From father-daughter dances to sparkler exits, the evening is alive! As a newly wed couple you guys are in high demand. Spending time with your guests, shaking it on the dance floor, and shoving cake in each other’s mouths are what the night is about. Many couples choose to do a grand exit, that may be with sparklers, bubbles, or confetti. What ever you choose I will be there capturing every second of it.

Is Chris the main photographer?
Yes! You hire me you get me. 🙂 Some photographers may have an associate shoot a wedding, but I shoot all of mine. I love you guys.
Do you hold dates?
Absolutely. With your 25% retainer fee, I lock in your wedding date and block out the day.
We may have a destination wedding, do you travel?
I love to travel. My bags are already packed!
Speaking of travel, do you charge travel fees?
If the wedding is within the state of AZ there are no additional fees. Outside the state, let’s talk.
We could use some recommendations for other vendors, do you know any?
I have a list ready to share with you!
How long until we get our photos?
My contract states within 30 days of the wedding. However, I tend to be faster than that.
