A Visit From Mr. Lego

A few weeks back the state of AZ welcomed a special guest from Wisconsin.  Mr. Lego, aka Chris Nitz was able to spend a couple of days with us here in Phoenix.  We’ve known Chris for awhile now via Twitter and finally had the chance to meet him in person.

For those who are unfamiliar with Chris’s work, he does some very creative photography using Legos.   I highly recommend visiting his site and checking out his latest Lego adventures.  In addition he’s know to shoot some incredible street photography as well.

Below you will find some random shots I captured while out shooting in downtown Phoenix with Chris, Jon Stolarski, Bryan Snider, and Scott Wood.  We had a great time shooting with Chris and throwing down some cold ones the following night.

As always click any of the pics for a larger view.

  2. What a great series here, Chris. Nice to see some shots of Mr. Lego and the others. These images are awesome. The abstract lines and cheese grater are especially nice.

    Great stuff!
