A quick post today to showcase a shot of  Emily’s bridal portrait session at the Desert Botanical Gardens. We had some luck go our way with the timing of this bridal portrait session as the Chihuly glass exhibit was being displayed at the Gardens.

Bridal Portrait at the Desert Botanical Gardens

We had such a fun time out at the Gardens. As you can imagine Emily received one complement after another on how beautiful she looked. At times it was quite humorous as some people thought she had skipped out of her wedding and were asking where the groom was at! Ahh the fun of shooting on location.

I love doing these sessions with brides. It gives them a chance to truly relax and enjoy being in their wedding dress one more time to enjoy the moment. Some brides choose to go crazy and jump in the ocean or go paint balling to turn the session into a “trash the dress” style shoot. Others like Emily enjoy just wearing their dress on location and rock it like a diva! The options are endless.

I can’t wait to share more of Emily’s bridal portrait shoot in the coming weeks. The Desert Botanical Gardens make for such a beautiful backdrop for this gorgeous bride!
