A little while back Noel contacted me about doing their family pictures in Chandler. Getting to photograph a family this adorable is always treat for me so of course I jumped on the chance.

Fun Family Pictures in Chandler

Family portraits are always fun and different because of family dynamics. You never know what you are going to get when kids are involved. For those who have children you know exactly what I’m talking about when you try to photograph your own kids. For those who don’t have children yet, your days are numbered. 🙂

As a bonus Noel brought Max their yellow lab. As a dog lover my excitement level goes to another level when man’s best friend is involved. Dogs are always great to work to with no matter what happens. Max was a trooper and sat through a few shots before he decided that chasing squirrels and chewing on bones was a better option. Noel’s husband Justin bowed out to take care of Max after the big group shot was made.

I was able to finish the day taking more candids of Noel and her daughter Kiera. Talk about a cutie. Holy cow it should be a crime to be that stink’in cute. One way to get great photographs is to connect with your client. So with Kiera I had to dig deep into my Disney knowledge. She tested me pretty good but I struck a chord with Jake and the Neverland Pirates and of course my ace in the hole, the movie Frozen. We compared notes on our favorite characters from the movie and both agreed that Olaf was pretty funny.

We were able to cap off the session with a game of freeze tag and Kiera taking pictures using Noel’s camera phone. She has a pretty good eye so there could be a future photographer in the making.
