Sedona Wedding With The Red Rocks
When Sean and Lisa asked me to photograph their wedding there was no hesitation in answering with a resounding “Yes”. Getting to photograph someone’s wedding in Sedona is always a treat, but these guys just happen to be friends who I have known for years. They picked the Red Agave resort not only to host their wedding but host a weekend of fun with family and friends. They reserved the whole resort so the weekend could be filled with memories of their special time. Sean and Lisa were gracious in providing my family a room for the weekend as well. So not only was I able to capture their wedding, I was able to spend some weekend time with my family. That’s just the kind of people they are. Simply put, Lisa and Sean did an amazing job with their Sedona wedding. The weekend was just a continuous fun fest filled with hiking, Jeep tours, pool time and a little bit of drinking. My wife and I couldn’t stop talking about how fun their wedding was to attend.

After the vows were said the happy couple rocked their kiss to seal the deal. Mr. and Mrs. Mentzer made their way to the receiving line to meet and thank everyone who came.
A delicious dinner was served by Heartline Cafe where afterwards toasts were made to honor the newly weds. Sean and Lisa took a moment to speak and thank everyone for sharing in their day.
After that, the party got started with the reception. The dance floor filled with our newlyweds leading the way. Friends and family joined in on the fun as the music played. The night finished with the cutting of the cake (and the traditional stuffing of each other’s mouths).
