A Mountain High

Today we get back up to altitude with a shot from our recent trip to Colorado. We spent a whole day offroading in the high country and loved every minute of it. I even convinced my wife to do the bulk of the driving so I could jump out capture views like this one.
This trail that we are on is known as the California Gulch pass and was just loaded with amazing scenery. At this point here you can see we are above tree line which is around 12,000 feet. I could of sat here all day and enjoyed this view.
If you ever are in the Silverton area, I highly recommend renting, borrowing, stealing a 4WD and check out some of these trails. The views are breath taking.
Until next time…
