DC Ranch Wedding | Marisa and Jay
What an amazing day for a DC Ranch Wedding! Jay and Marisa not only had amazing weather but were surrounded by loving friends and family throughout the day.

When I first met Jay and Marisa I was immediately captivated by the bond they shared. As soon as you meet them you can tell they were made for each other. Of course with Jay being a pilot and me being a little bit of an aviation geek we hit it off right away. And after shooting their engagement session at the Scottsdale Air Park I knew what a fun wedding they would throw and couldn’t wait for that day.
Jay and Marisa started their wedding adventure with an intimate Catholic ceremony at Brophy Chapel. This gorgeous church set the stage for Marisa as she walked down the isle. She could not have looked more amazing in her Maggie Sottero dress. As she came down the isle heads were turning. What a beautiful bride!
After the ceremony was over we finished up with some family photos at the church. Both Jay and Marisa’s families were excited to have their picture taken with the newly weds. After those were over it was party time at DC Ranch.
Upon arriving at DC Ranch we grabbed a few bridal party photos and then I stole Jay and Marisa away for a few portraits. The venue at DC Ranch has amazing views and it was time to capitalize on them. When we finished Jay and Marisa made their grand entrance and kicked things off with their first dance as a newly wed couple. This has to be one of my all time favorite first dances as Jay and Marisa were serenaded by Jay’s father. What an amazing singer!
Jay and Marisa wrapped the night up with all the traditional goodies of a modern wedding. They danced the night away with Marisa leading the pack. I’m not sure she ever left the dance floor. What a trooper. I’d like to thank Jay and Marisa again for allowing me to capture their DC Ranch Wedding.
