Danielle and Daniel | Tucson Wedding

A few weeks back I was able to shoot my first Tucson wedding courtesy of Danielle and Daniel. Actually it probably should have counted as two weddings since they had two separate ceremonies. Yowza!

Desert Views for a Tucson Wedding

I will have to admit when I first met with Danielle and Daniel about their Tucson wedding the thing that struck me first was they were going to have their dog Spencer in the wedding. Being a dog lover I always get excited when couples have their furry friends in the wedding. Not only does it make for fun photos, you never know what may happen when canines are involved. Dogama!

Danielle and Daniel had two amazing ceremonies to celebrate their wedding. They began the morning with a Catholic ceremony held at the Corpus Christi Catholic Church. This beautiful church served as an amazing backdrop for their ceremony. Daniel was not feeling well that morning and she was a real trooper making it through the day. God bless her. I don’t how she made it but she pushed through and looked stunning while doing it.

After the festivities a brief intermission was had over lunch while everyone regrouped and prepared for ceremony number 2. We met back that afternoon at Saguaro Buttes to prepare for the outdoor ceremony. Saguaro Buttes has an amazing location with gorgeous desert views to provide for a very memorable wedding experience. I couldn’t wait to get some sunset shots of the bride and groom.

As the afternoon proceeded the ceremony had perfect weather to tie the knot. Spencer made his way down the isle and took his seat along with the rest of the family. He may have been a little more excited than the other family members but he was well behaved. As these two cited their vows there was plenty of emotion as tears were streaming from both sides of the families.

The reception was quite a party with a saxophonist, pianist, and an amazing singer. Couple that entertainment with a DJ and you had non-stop party action the whole night.  Such a good time!
