On Location Fitness Shoot | Carmen

Awhile back I was able to do an on location fitness shoot with the gorgeous Carmen. I was super excited to work with Carmen after seeing a few of her images posted on Facebook. She is a die hard when it comes to fitness as evidenced my her amazing body. She competes regularly in fitness competitions and just recently won first place at the IFBB Felicia Romero Classic.

XL Health Club On Location Fitness Shoot

This Romanian dynamite and I met up at XL Health Club for a fun on location fitness shoot. Carmen and I had exchanged some ideas for the shoot before hand on a Pinterest board that really made things go smoothly. Working with Carmen was such a blast. She possess this low key energy that just radiates constantly that you can’t help get caught up in. As we began the session I was thankful for the early morning hour on Sunday. There were only handful of die hards working out so we pretty much had the gym to ourselves.

First Place IFBB Felicia Romero Classic

Carmen nailed every pose like the pro she is. She certainly shows what hard work can do and the payoff that comes from busting your hind end at the gym. We rolled through the morning changing up outfits and poses. One shot I had envisioned ahead of time was Carmen hitting a hard pose with some plates. I could see this shot in my head and turning it to black and white to match the hard core look. That image is below. It is by far my favorite from the set. The look on Carmen’s face, her physique, and holding those huge plates just came together for a fantastic shot.

This shoot was simply amazing. I want to thank Carmen for coming out and shooting with me. One couldn’t ask for a better fitness model.
