Short post today as I’m headed out to assist Holly Baumann shoot the Children’s Action Alliance charity event.
I’ve shot the Superstition Mountains several times in the past, but this one is pulled back considerably to show off that crazy sky we had that day. This was taken back during the summer when we actually have clouds. Right now we have nothing but boring blue sky. Maybe this will somehow will shake up the weather patterns and blow in some clouds for us. 🙂
Until next time…
Camera: Canon 40D with a Tamron 17-35mm zoom
Processing: 5 shot HDR, Lightroom 3, CS4, Photomatix 4, Phototools 2.6
So awesome. Love those dramatic clouds and the desert landscape…nicely done.
Incredible detail Chris, love those clouds!
Loving the perspective on this. Every time I come back to look at this I keep thinking of Lord of the Rings for some reason. Terrific stuff!
The supers! I loved this place when I visited AZ last. Was a very cool place and I can’t wait to go back.
Beautiful shot Chris. Great cloud action
Gorgeous Chris :)the only time I liked living in Arizona was when we lived right by that mountain 🙂
That must of been nice. I absolutely love it out there. I can’t explain what draws me to it, but something always does.
Beautiful shot Chris. Those are spectacular clouds. I just love that area.
