Touching Down

We are fast approaching June which means here in Arizona we are fast approaching the monsoon season. For us that means healthy amounts of rain and God willing some storm chasing.
The lightning strike above was taken at the end of a long night of chasing storms. It was a night that began down in Tucson and finished up back in Chandler. Needless to say there was a fair amount of miles put on the Tacoma that evening.
We were blessed last year with several amazing displays of Mother Nature throughout the summer. I’m really hoping she delivers again this year. Here’s to the summer of 2012!
